Stampin’ Up!® Poinsettia Place DSP & Peaceful Boughs Card

I am just in love with the gorgeous Poinsettia Place Designer Series Paper and I couldn’t resist adding it to the lovely Gold Cards & Envelopes to create my card. You can watch my Facebook Live replay of this project here or on my YouTube channel below.

Start with a Gold Cards & Envelopes card base. Cut a Poinsettia Place DSP panel. Fussy cut two flowers from the Poinsettia Place DSP. Die cut out the Garden Green cs boughs and the Gold Foil pinecones with the Beautiful Boughs Dies.

Use glue to attach the Garden Green cs boughs to the DSP panel. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach the flowers to the DSP over the boughs. Wrap the DSP with a piece of Gold Edged ribbon using Stampin’ Seal to secure the ends to the back of the panel.

Stamp the sentiment from the Peaceful Boughs stamp set in Garden Green ink on Very Vanilla cs. Punch out the sentiment with the Label Me Lovely punch. Use your paper snips to trim the sentiment label at the first notch. Punch out a Gold Foil label with the Label Me Lovely punch.

Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach the Gold Foil label on the right side of the DSP panel tucked under the flowers overlapping the ribbon. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach the sentiment label on the Gold Foil label. Tuck the die cut Gold Foil pinecones (I left some of the gold pieces in) around the poinsettia flowers. Make a small bow with the Gold edged ribbon and use glue dots to attach it to the top of the sentiment labels. Add Wink of Stella to the flower centers for sparkle.

I stamped the sentiment and added a strip of DSP to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.

Poinsettia Place DSP flowers – 2 fussy cut flowers
Gold foil – 3 die cut pinecones die cut with the Beautiful Boughs dies.
Garden Green cs boughs – 2 die cut boughs die cut with the Beautiful Boughs dies.
Gold Foil sentiment label layer – label punched with the Label Me Lovely Punch
Very Vanilla cs label – punched with the Label Me Lovely punch and fussy cut at the fist notch.
Gold edged Very Vanilla ribbon
DSP = Designer Series Paper
cs = cardstock
