Layers Of Beauty Bundle Swap Card

The new 2024-2025 Annual Catalog Layers Of Beauty bundle is lovely bundle that includes a beautiful floral stamp set, Decorative Masks, and coordinating dies. I participate in a new catalog swap with fellow Stampin’ Up! demos lead by the fabulous Lisa Hardin (The Stamping Zoo). For my swap card I created a card using the Dotted Circles 3D embossing folder and the Layers Of Beauty bundle. Start with a Petal Pink cardstock card base. Cut a Summer Splash cardstock panel and a Petal Pink cardstock panel. Dry emboss the Petal Pink cardstock panel with the Dotted Circles 3D embossing folder. Glue the embossed panel to the Summer Splash cardstock panel.

Stamp the large floral image from the Layers Of Beauty stamp set in Memento Black ink on Basic White cardstock (I used my stamp positioning tool). Use the Layers Of Beauty Decorative Masks and Blending Brushes to color the image (1st & 2nd mask with Petal Pink ink, 3rd mask with Calypso Coral ink, 4th mask with Summer Splash ink, and 5th mask with Shy Shamrock ink). Die cut out the colored image with the Layers Of Beauty dies. Add Wink of Stella to the flowers for extra sparkle. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the die cut colored image to the card front.

Die cut a Basic White cardstock sentiment tag with the Layers of Beauty dies. Stamp the sentiment from the Simply Said stamp set in Memento Black ink on the tag. Add a small piece of Summer Splash Bordered ribbon through the tag hole and then use White Baker’s Twine to tie a bow around the ribbon. Use a glue dot and Stampin’ Dimensionals to add the sentiment tag to the bottom left of the card front tucked into the floral image. Add Adhesive-Backed Shimmer Gems to the card front for extra sparkle.

Add a Basic White cardstock inside panel to write your message. Stamp the sentiment and the medium floral image in Memento Black ink on the inside panel. Use Stampin’ Blends to color the floral image. Add an embossed strip of Petal Pink cardstock to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.

Basic White cs large floral image – colored with the Layers Of Beauty Decorative Masks and die cut with the Layers Of Beauty dies.
